Exercise: Daily appreciation

Every day this week, write down at least five of the things you appreciate. The important point in doing this exercise is to write down these issues in full awareness and thinking, and to avoid duplication and superficial writing of cases. One way to think about these topics is to visualize and re-experience what you are writing. For example, if you wrote “parents”, imagine them in your mind; And if you write “intimate and friendly work environment” try to re-experience the good feeling you have at work. After this week, when you do this exercise every day, repeat this exercise at least once in the coming weeks. Doing this exercise will be very effective.
